I called and even talked to you and you said you would send a replacement strand. I sent 6 emails to you and you only responded to the very first one. It’s been almost 2 months with no follow up customer service and no replacement strand. Very disappointed with your customer service.

I had a wonderful experience. The original deer mask I ordered, the deer were upside down. I asked if I could replace it with the snowman mask and they were amazing. Not only did they send me the snowman mask, they sent me another deer mask right side up. I have had so many compliments on my mask. I 100% recommend!!!

I bought each of these Christmas masks and have tried all of them.
I was concerned about the battery pack and how that fit in and felt while the mask was being worn.
It fits perfectly in the pouch. The lights spread evenly throughout the mask. Wearing the mask with the lights on is no different than a mask without lights.
These are tough days.wearing a Christmas mask with lights makes me happy and everyone smiles and wants to know where they can get one

Oh My Gosh...I wrote a very poor review on the Santa mask....I ordered Santa, Snowman and Tree masks...I was under the impression that they ( the lights) were faulty....opened the back of one battery unit....thinking that I would be purchasing 3 new batteries....a piece of paper was covering one side of the battery, preventing a connection.......they work!!! My 'dumbness'!!! To my defense...getting a screwdriver (tiny) and opening to release the paper was not instructed!
